Birthday boy...

Forty-three years ago today my wonderful husband was born. Having been blessed with boys I can imagine exactly what he looked like as an infant,toddler,boy,teen and so on... What I can't imagine is how our four sons will ever turn into a marriage worthy man. They say Jesus still performs miracles, I'm counting on that. Why is my husband so marriage worthy? The number one reason is his love for God and his desire to be like Him. Everything else in his life falls into place because of this principle. I'm honored to be his wife. He loves me more than I thought was possible. He loves the boys and has done everything for them from diapers to vomit, from reading to them and doing homework, from discipling them to teaching them about Jesus. He puts us first, even to the point of going without, and NEVER complains. He's the most unselfish man I know. I wouldn't be who I am today without him (or Him). He's not at all what I expected to marry. I had my ideas, forturnatly God had his, and I didn't get my way. Thank you Lord for making him into the man he is today. Happy Birthday!
